Wow! Just like Larry Hohol said, this can only happened in 3rd World Countries. I’m NOT extrapolating that all cops are abusing their badges. I know that there are a lot of GOOD Cops out there that following what they sworn in. That is to “Protect and Serve” the general public. This disturbing and outrageous incident can happen to anyone. Do you want this to happen to you before you do something?
Human Nature: Person hasn't been affected by the STATUS QUO would always IGNORE the TRUTH other than the REAL Humanitarian and Patriots Ones!

Actual state police dash-cam video and audio of recent brutal Pennsylvania State Police beating of shackled detainee. Other than not stopping when directed, this incident involved no serious traffic violations and was simply the low speed following of a car that would not pull over.
